1) Project Overview

SquadUp Habits β€” a social habit-building app where users create small squads with friends to stay consistent on daily goals fir Young adults (18–35) who already try to build habits but fail to stay consistent alone.

I led the end-to-end product development: problem framing, user flows, feature definition, data modeling, and UX execution.

2) Problem & Context

Most people struggle to build habits alone. Motivation dips fast, and existing habit apps are too individual, passive, or generic.

What actually keeps people consistent is social accountability β€” friends checking in, shared challenges, and visible progress.

But current tools don't make group accountability easy. WhatsApp groups get noisy, and habit apps don’t support team workflows, shared challenges, or friendly competition.

SquadUp solves this by giving users a lightweight system to form small squads, take on challenges together, and see each other's progress.
